This process starts with simulation based on a design feedstock to yield the desired product slate. Design, purchasing and fabrication follow thereafter.
The company is a leading supplier of new and refurbished modular refinery equipment. Modular construction shortens on-site installation time. Operating revenue is achieved sooner with modular equipment because shop construction is more efficient than traditional foundation-mounted construction. Modular construction reduces capital costs and enables refiners to realize project economic returns sooner.
Operations include the manufacture and sale of oil & gas production equipment, and the design, construction and sale of small crude oil refineries and related process units.
Company currently fabricates the modular, skid-mounted process units in its United States shops located in Bakersfield, CA and Houston, TX packages them for shipment from the Port of Houston, Texas. The company can contract to install and commission full plants and separate complexes if desired by the client.
LeMar cooperates and represents the largest equipment and material developers and manufacturers such as: EFT, Ebara-Elliot, Dow-Chemical, Matteu-Johnson, and others.
Company maintains a large inventory of individual processing equipment at its shops such as pumps, heat exchangers, air coolers and pressure vessels.
