Wastewater and Sludge Treatment

LeMar developed a couple of technologies for wastewater and sludge (oil sludge) treatment.

There is a large demand for small and medium modular complexes for treatment of wastewater from industrial plants, municipal complexes and oil sludge from fuel and oil tanks including railroad tanks.

LeMar offers modular system to separate water and solids, then purify water and dry solids. It can be modified for different applications. It can be used stationary of mobile.

LeMar has own line of flocculants to settle colloidal solids.
 

A. WATER/OIL/SOLIDS SEPARATION

LeMar offer specially designed gravity separation tanks and for heavy application combination with a centrifuge in a second stage.

B. OIL SLUDGE PROCESSING

LeMar developed proprietary separation system, which combines with oil skimmer and enzyme to remove and purify oil or fuels for storage tank or railroad tank cleaning.
 

C. WATER PURIFICATION

For Wastewater Modular unit has water purification complex. The complex equipment can vary from 3 -stages to 5 stages depend on required conditions.

D. TANK CLEANING COMPLEX

For tank cleaning a rotating jet installed into manhole or through the roof to jet water with chemicals or enzyme into tank to break sludge and removed through suction to the separation unit.
